Yoga at Kinder
A new opportunity to introduce children to the beautiful world of Yoga. This time in Nordelta, guided by Silvana, mother of Primary and Secondary students from our Olivos Site.
We had a super interesting encounter where the kids not only practiced some poses but also delved into the foundations of the practice. We breathed, greeted the sun and concluded with a beautiful mantra that, to everyone’s surprise, the children already knew.
We are thrilled to expose our children to experiences in other disciplines that involve self-awareness.

Una nueva oportunidad de poder introducir a los niños en el hermoso mundo Yoguista. En esta ocasión en Nordelta y guiados por Silvana, mamá de alumnos de primaria y secundaria de la sede de Olivos.
Vivimos un encuentro super interesante, donde los chicos pudieron no solo realizar algunas posturas, sino también introducirse en los fundamentos de la práctica. Respiramos, saludamos al sol y finalizamos con un hermoso mantra que para sorpresa de todos, los chicos ya lo conocían.
Estamos felices de poder llevar a nuestros niños a experimentar en otras disciplinas que involucran el conocimiento de uno mismo.
