We enjoyed a beautiful Yoguitos session, where we were able to connect with ourselves, breathe, and stretch.
We were welcomed by Angie, the instructor, who kindly donated her time to share this activity with the children. Angie is a member of ONC and the mother of secondary students at our Olivos Site.
We began the morning by colouring in a keepsake, which we then took home. Afterwards, we started the session by learning a little about the philosophy that yoga offers us.
We explored various postures, and together with the music, this led us into a warm and enriching practice.
Children’s yoga is a playful discipline that combines different postures, balance work, breathing techniques, relaxation and games, all aimed at promoting children’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Congratulations to all our little Yoguitos who truly enjoyed this beautiful practice.
