Friendship day Y2

Year 2 enjoyed a wonderful Friendship Day filled with fun, connection, and meaningful moments together with their teachers. We started the day with a whole-year-group game, where students laughed, collaborated, and had a great time alongside their teachers. Later, they participated in three different activity stations, mixing with classmates from across the year group and enjoying new experiences and friendships.

The children then shared a picnic in the playground and enjoyed an extended break with free play. Afterwards, we reflected on gratitude, taking time to recognize and share the many moments, people, and experiences for which we feel thankful.

To finish our special morning, we came together for an outdoor lunch, celebrating friendship, community, and the joy of spending time together.

Year 2 disfrutó de un maravilloso Friendship day lleno de diversión, conexión y momentos significativos compartidos junto a sus maestras. Comenzamos la jornada con un juego en el que participó toda la camada, donde los alumnos rieron, colaboraron y disfrutaron de un agradable momento juntos. Más tarde, participaron en tres estaciones de actividades diferentes, mezclándose con compañeros de todo el nivel y compartiendo nuevas experiencias y amistades.

Luego, los niños compartieron un picnic en el patio y disfrutaron de un recreo más largo con tiempo de juego libre. Después, trabajamos sobre la gratitud, dedicando un momento a reconocer y compartir las personas, experiencias y situaciones por las que nos sentimos agradecidos.

Para finalizar esta mañana tan especial, compartimos un almuerzo al aire libre todos juntos, celebrando la amistad, el sentido de comunidad y la alegría de pasar tiempo en compañía de los demás.
