After School Hours Maths Workshops in Olivos Primay!

We are very proud and excited to share that this year we officially launched our new Extracurricular Maths Workshops in Olivos Primary.
As part of our commitment to offering meaningful, challenging and personalized learning opportunities, students from Y5 and Y6 have started participating in three different after-school Maths spaces:
• Olimpiadas Matemáticas Argentinas (OMA) Ñandú Level 1 (Y5)
• Olimpiadas Matemáticas Argentinas (OMA) Ñandú Level 2 (Y6)
• Student’s Maths Help Desk (Y6)
These workshops aim to promote logical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills and collaborative learning, offering students opportunities both to engage in more complex mathematical challenges and train for the Argentine Mathematical Olympiad, as well as to reinforce and consolidate curricular content.
It is a great joy to see so many students enthusiastic about Mathematics, choosing to continue learning beyond the school day, embracing new challenges and growing as confident, curious and resilient mathematicians.
We would especially like to thank our students and families for their motivation and commitment to this new initiative. We look forward to a wonderful year of shared mathematical learning!

Estamos muy orgullosos y entusiasmados de compartir que este año inauguramos oficialmente nuestros nuevos Talleres Extracurriculares de Matemática en la Primaria de Olivos.
Como parte de nuestro compromiso con ofrecer experiencias de aprendizaje significativas, desafiantes y personalizadas, estudiantes de Y5 y Y6 comenzaron a participar de tres nuevos espacios después del horario escolar:
• Olimpiadas Matemáticas Argentinas (OMA) Ñandú Nivel 1 (Y5)
• Olimpiadas Matemáticas Argentinas (OMA) Ñandú Nivel 2 (Y6)
• Student’s Maths Help Desk (Y6)
Estos talleres buscan promover el pensamiento lógico, la creatividad, la resolución de problemas y el aprendizaje colaborativo, ofreciendo a los estudiantes oportunidades tanto para profundizar en desafíos matemáticos de mayor complejidad y entrenarse para las Olimpíadas Matemáticas Argentinas, como para reforzar y consolidar contenidos curriculares.
Es una enorme alegría ver a tantos estudiantes entusiasmados con la matemática, que eligen continuar aprendiendo más allá del horario escolar, animándose a nuevos desafíos y creciendo como matemáticos seguros, curiosos y perseverantes.
