Sport, Connection and Teamwork: Y4 Welcomes Colegio Virgen del Carmen
On Thursday 27 August, we welcomed the Year 4 students from Colegio Virgen del Carmen with the aim of getting to know one another, sharing experiences and building new connections through sport. We see sport as a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, learn to work with others and develop cooperation skills.
During the morning, we enjoyed some warm-up games followed by different competitive activities, including throwing, long jump and sprinting. Everything took place in an atmosphere of joy, enthusiasm and plenty of movement.
It was wonderful to see both groups interacting, working together and learning from one another. We would especially like to thank all the teachers who joined us, supported the activities and enriched the experience with their commitment and dedication.
It was certainly a day filled with connection, learning and enjoyment.
El jueves 27 recibimos al Colegio Virgen del Carmen junto a sus alumnos de Y4, con el objetivo de conocernos, compartir y generar nuevos vínculos a través del deporte. Entendemos la actividad deportiva como un espacio privilegiado para fortalecer las relaciones, aprender a trabajar con otros y desarrollar habilidades de cooperación.
Durante la jornada compartimos juegos de entrada en calor y luego diferentes propuestas de competencia: lanzamiento, salto en largo y velocidad. Todo se desarrolló en un clima de alegría, disfrute y mucho movimiento.
Fue muy lindo ver a ambos grupos interactuando, trabajando juntos y aprendiendo a la vez. Agradecemos especialmente a todos los docentes que nos acompañaron, colaboraron y enriquecieron la jornada con su compromiso y dedicación.
Fue, sin duda, un día de mucho encuentro y disfrute.
