Y6 Trip to Mar del Plata
We are extremely proud of the sports tour shared by our Y6 students from Olivos and Nordelta. From the very beginning of the process, our students demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and dedication in every training session and throughout their preparation.
Since March, they have worked with enthusiasm and perseverance to earn their place, strengthen team spirit, and build a strong sense of belonging and pride in representing our school colours. During the tour, they were a true example of cooperation, organisation, and teamwork. They embraced challenges with determination, understanding that stepping outside their comfort zone can become an opportunity to develop resilience, strength, and adaptability.
They also stood out for their respect and kindness towards both staff and students at the schools and organisations we visited: Mar del Plata Day School, Holy Trinity School, and Parley Argentina. Through these experiences, they further deepened their understanding of the importance of caring for and protecting our coastlines and hills, strengthening their commitment to environmental stewardship.
On the sporting side, they competed against strong opponents who constantly challenged them, encouraging a mindset of continuous learning, effort, and a desire to improve. As a memorable finale, they had the opportunity to watch Argentina’s National Team match together and celebrate a fantastic result, which became the perfect ending to an extraordinary experience.
Beyond the scores and results, the group enjoyed, shared, grew, and learned a great deal about themselves and others. For all these reasons, this tour was an incredibly valuable experience from beginning to end.

Estamos muy felices por la gira deportiva realizada junto a Y6 Olivos y Nordelta. Desde el comienzo del proceso, nuestros alumnos demostraron compromiso, responsabilidad y dedicación en cada entrenamiento y preparación.
A lo largo de estos meses, desde marzo, trabajaron con entusiasmo y perseverancia para ganarse su lugar, fortalecer el espíritu de equipo y construir el sentido de pertenencia y amor por nuestros colores. Durante la gira fueron un verdadero ejemplo de cooperación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Supieron esforzarse y sobreponerse a distintos desafíos, comprendiendo que la incomodidad puede transformarse en una oportunidad para desarrollar resiliencia, fortaleza y capacidad de adaptación.
Asimismo, se destacaron por su respeto y amabilidad hacia los adultos y alumnos de las instituciones que visitamos: Mar del Plata Day School, Holy Trinity School y Parley Argentina. Gracias a estas experiencias, también profundizaron su aprendizaje sobre la importancia de cuidar y proteger nuestras costas y sierras, fortaleciendo su compromiso con el medioambiente.
En el aspecto deportivo, se enfrentaron a rivales de gran nivel que los desafiaron constantemente, demostrando una actitud de aprendizaje continuo, esfuerzo y entusiasmo por mejorar. Como cierre inolvidable, tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir el partido de nuestra Selección Argentina y celebrar un gran resultado, que se convirtió en el broche de oro de una experiencia extraordinaria.
Más allá de los resultados, el grupo disfrutó, compartió, creció y aprendió mucho sobre sí mismo y sobre los demás. Por todo ello, esta gira fue una experiencia profundamente valiosa de principio a fin.
