ISDIN Visit at Olivos Primary

In line with the theme of our latest Service Day, students took part in a special workshop on skin care led by ISDIN.
In EP1, our students learned about how to stay safe under the sun, including the importance of wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, and avoiding exposure during peak hours.
In EP2, they reflected on the importance of being cautious about the information they receive from the media and of seeking advice from health professionals when it comes to topics related to the body and well-being. They also learned about the differences between the types of sun rays and the potential damage they can cause if proper care is not taken.
It was an enriching experience that combined science, prevention, and awareness about the importance of taking care of our skin every day.

En línea con la temática de nuestro último Service Day, Cuidado del Cuerpo, nuestros alumnos participaron de un taller especial sobre el cuidado de la piel a cargo de ISDIN.
En EP, aprendieron sobre los cuidados que debemos tener frente al sol, como usar protector solar, lentes y gorra, y evitar la exposición en horarios de mayor intensidad.
En EP2,reflexionaron sobre la importancia de cuidar la información que reciben de los medios de comunicación y de acudir siempre a profesionales de la salud cuando se trata de temas relacionados con el cuerpo y el bienestar. Además, comprendieron las diferencias entre los rayos del sol y los posibles daños que pueden causar si no se toman los recaudos necesarios.
Fue una experiencia enriquecedora que combinó ciencia, prevención y conciencia sobre la importancia de cuidar nuestra piel todos los días.
