Encantar - Trip to Mar del Plata Olivos & Nordelta Primary

Some students from Year 4, Year 5, and Year 6 from both the Nordelta and Olivos campuses took part in the “Encantar” trip to Mar del Plata. They participated in the opening of the event on the hotel’s central terrace, together with other schools, in a musical and body movement activity led by Isabel Vega. On the first day, they rehearsed in the hotel lobby and were able to refine the arrangements by joining the voices of both choirs (OL and ND). On the second day, they woke up very early and resumed rehearsals, shaping the repertoire together and working on the choreography for each piece. During their free time, they enjoyed the beach, sharing walking races, sandcastle competitions, and moments of relaxation in the sun as a community. Finally, they returned to prepare for the main event at the Hotel Sasso, crowning a unique artistic and community experience.

Algunos alumnos de Year 4, Year 5 y Year 6 de las sedes Nordelta y Olivos, participaron del viaje “Encantar” Mar del Plata. Allí formaron parte de la apertura del encuentro en la terraza central del hotel, junto a otros colegios, en una actividad musical y corporal coordinada por Isabel Vega. Durante el primer día, ensayaron en el lobby del hotel y lograron pulir los arreglos al unir las voces de ambos coros (OL y ND). En la segunda jornada, se levantaron muy temprano y retomaron los ensayos, dando forma al repertorio en conjunto y a la coreografía de cada tema. En su tiempo libre disfrutaron de la playa, compartiendo juegos de carrera caminando, competencias de armado de castillos de arena y momentos de recreación bajo el sol en comunidad. Finalmente, regresaron para prepararse para el gran evento en el Hotel Sasso, coronando una experiencia artística y de convivencia única.
