Celebrating Cultural Diversity day at Kinder Nordelta

The Cultural Diversity Day gave us the opportunity to celebrate the richness of the different traditions, values, and customs that shape our community. Throughout the week, students and teachers took part in activities that fostered respect and curiosity toward diverse cultures.

Year 3 students shared traditional Argentine legends with Kinder 5 (Leopards & Flamingoes), while our international families sent flags, typical outfits, food, songs, and photos from their home countries. We also learned more about England thanks to Ronnie, who shared a traditional story from her childhood and showed us her hometown, Oxford, using Google Earth.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined this meaningful celebration, which allowed us to learn, share, and value the diversity that enriches us as a community.

El Día del Respeto a la Diversidad Cultural nos brindó la oportunidad de celebrar la riqueza de las diferentes tradiciones, valores y costumbres que conforman nuestra comunidad. A lo largo de la semana, los alumnos y docentes participaron en actividades que promovieron el respeto y la curiosidad por las distintas culturas.

Los chicos de Year 3 compartieron leyendas argentinas con los grupos de Kinder 5 (Leopards & Flamingoes), mientras que las familias internacionales acercaron símbolos, trajes, comidas, canciones y fotos típicas de sus países. También conocimos un poco más sobre Inglaterra, de la mano de Ronnie, quien compartió un cuento tradicional y nos mostró su ciudad natal, Oxford.

Agradecemos a todos los que participaron de esta experiencia, que nos permitió aprender, compartir y valorar la diversidad que nos enriquece como comunidad.
