Service Week 2021 Nordelta
Nordelta – June 2021 // Nordelta – Junio 2021
We want to congratulate the great teamwork carried out jointly by a very diverse representation of our school: Prefects, Captains primary and secondary, Head Boy and Head Girl, Student Council, future leaders of Y11, volunteer leaders in Y9 and class representatives of the different sections.
Friendship and Service Week allows us to highlight in one week the work done continuously throughout the year, like the fantastic Campaña Madres a week ago. It was also an opportunity to show the rest of the school the work done at CAS by IB Diploma students, with institutions we have worked with for years. Our team of student leaders didn’t hesitate to stand on their shoulders this week of intensive F&S Week. Once again, it is worth highlighting his great ability to work in a network, to plan strategies, and to organize and coordinate actions to achieve the desired goal.
With their actions, with the extra personal time they have dedicated, with their empathic and horizontal leadership, those who were part of this event honor the motto of the school “Friendship and Service”.
For a more detailed information about the acomplishments of the campaign we would like you to know that 5242 diapers were gathered, covering all of the 34 mothers in the program for almost a month and a total of 89 kilograms of milk.
