Year 12 students visit ITBA

Estudiantes de Año 12 visitan el ITBA

Secondary Olivos, August 2018 - What's going on?

The visit to ITBA was really productive for our Year 12 students. They actively participated in interactive experiments and got a vivid picture of what university life at ITBA is all about. Also, they had the surprise of meeting with Old Northlanders, who are advanced career students.
We'd like to share a few thoughts about the visit:
“During the outing we had some very interesting and enriching talks about some experiments related to the IB curriculum that we studied at school. In particular, we liked being able to see them from a university perspective, with teachers who regularly teach at ITBA. Also, it was very positive to be the protagonists of the experiments, demonstrating how much we know and at the same time learning from professionals through scientific practice. In conclusion, we were warmly received, with croissants, empanadas and alfajores. We hope that future Northlands' generations can enjoy this wonderful experience, and be able to taste the university life, blending in with future professionals who are currently studying there. We would have liked to have more time to experience the interactive fair and walk around the facilities in Puerto Madero. In short, a nice visit." Juan Martin E., Franco D., y Nicolas B.
We thank all those involved in the preparation of this visit, especially the laboratory teachers and the students for their commitment and enthusiasm.
